I've cut back on my regular soda consumption (can't stand the taste of diet soda). I have one bottle on the weekends, usually drink half a bottle each day with lunch - which is also when I allow myself to snack on potato chips. Gotta have that salt/sweet combo.
I just drink water at work and if I need a caffeine hit, I have my stash of dark chocolate Hershey kisses, although I limit those to just two per day.
