Futon, sofa bed, or air mattress?

There are some nice little $100 cot/foldaway beds on google.

Yeah I have a $30 army cot...add a yoga mat and the camping egg crate and it's actually pretty comfortable...I've slept on it before when my spouse was sick. Folds away when not in use.

However it does NOT fit an adult human plus a retriever, a herder, and a terrier! No matter what my dogs may tell you! I woke up nearly smothered to death...
