IT's not real big, but big enough. IF you stay over an hour there is a chance you will get too close to residential. IF i want to go for longer periods of time then i go to another place that isn't surrounded as much by houses.
One of my favorites.
Wish i could have had my nikon for this but i never would have been able to shoot as much film. THis is my first time with digi and that alone is a delight. Just miss the shutter speed and the quality of focus my manual has. I have found in about two places, one distance, and one up close what seems to be sharpest and my photos have improved because I am aiming for those two distances in particular. SOme of these were early on and not so hot tech wise but subject matter was awesome.
THat is about a 40 foot drop right in front of Victor. He climbs those cliffs sideways up and down..his skill as gotten better with each trip. He likes to balance on the side of things.
Pepper seems to aim for the straight up way too, i think they like the challange. Mary of course is the most practical. WHen Hyia was having trouble getting up or down the steep hills I told her to watch Mary and go that way. Hyia has muscled up a bit too and her balance is WAY better. FOr me it's a healing place. It is where i played as a child and where i want my ashes to go.
