How on earth did I not see the big FEED button??? :p Thank you!

I kept going to individual dragons and trying to feed them.

Now to figure out the breeding.

EDIT: I see it! Yup, Got to wait a day on one, and 27 days on the other. That must be the cool down period.

See I can learn! LOL.

What makes some dragons worth craploads more than others? I got a really pretty imperial male for 10,000. Out of curiosity I did a search on male imperials for between 50K and 100k. And lots of them were ugly with the same genetics as the 10K ones. And some looked like mine, same genetics, only difference was a pattern gene.

Is it just some people over pricing their dragons? Or some people under pricing?

Trying to figure out how the economy works here. lol

I'm also curious about this. :0 Still figuring it out, but I think it's something about the fixed rarity (% chance) of obtaining certain genes combined with colors... depending on the primary, secondary, tertiary. Like, some gene combinations as a whole are much more rare to breed. I think. Someone correct me if I am just being a newbie and making things up. XD

The economy for selling dragons is getting more and more saturated as reg windows happen, so it's hard to sell dragons for any decent amount of gold right now. That said, the newest genes are Crystal primary and Spine tertiary, so those are in pretty high demand. Basically, get your grubby mitts on a few gene scrolls as soon as they come out, get breeding some pretty colour combos, and you'll be in the money.

That's good to know. I almost wonder if it would be better to just expand the lair to hold all new hatchlings, give them each an inexpensive familiar, and level them up while they work on awakening their familiars before exalting them.

Yeah, I'm trying to breed and obtain more Coatls because I really like ice and gembond on them. That breeding cooldown is infuriating. My other favorites are Imperials LOL

Going to work on breeding triple ice Coatls with gembond, so I bought this baby (also posted a picture of the adult it'll grow into)

Will probably be bred to this girl of mine (white tert but ice primary and secondary)

Also bought this Imperial male

To breed to either of these

Except I don't like stripes or speckles :l

I just got this cool-looking thing! ... wrong element though. Yelling to the heavens wondering if I can somehow breed him in the wrong element LOL.

ooooh pretty!!!

OOh! Gembond looks really pretty on the ice coatls. Some dragons just end up looking like they're covered in barnacles. lol.

This is the guy I picked up for 10k. I figure the breeds I like have such long cooldowns I'll have plenty of time to level up their babies when it happens. lol

and I only paid 5k for this coatl lady. Really liking the iridescent on stuff.

Yeah, I really love that combo! Wasn't really sold on Coatls before that, but now I'm buying a bunch of them. Whoops. Hopefully they'll produce the babies I want them to, because I don't want to wait another 35 days to try again.

I like iridescent a lot, too. Right now the dragons in my lair vary between free from friends and $30k, and I think most of them are in the $10k-$20k range. I can find enough pretty and inexpensive dragons for now :) I still end up spending too much because I keep wanting to buy new, ready to breed ones...really should be saving up for apparel instead though.

Mine have been going out and getting leveled up a lot, because of I'm one of those semi-OCD level grinders that wants everything all maxed out and pretty. Still trying to figure out battle items and things as far as what can enhance stats and stuff. buahaha.

So... this happened today to me.

female, male, male

Yep, I'm planning on breeding a bunch of triple seafoam gembond imperials with ice eyes. So if anyone here wants one sometime in the FAR FAR future, find me then! LOL

I too quickly became obsessed with this website. Why is this game so darn addicting, somehow. Argh. :hail: The dragons and gene combos are too interesting. I played around 60k treasure worth of the CARD MATCHING GAME today in order to buy a few dragons. I can't believe myself.

These three guys were 47k total for me. I just nabbed them all from the AH. I'm planning on getting a female triple white gembond imperial hatchling from someone for just 10k! To breed to my triple white in the picture. *__* So same for here... in the far off future, if anybody wants triple white gembonds of imperials/wildclaws, let me know then too! XD Not sure why I'm posting about this now. Everything is very exciting, even though cooldowns are going to make me jump off a cliff.

Thank you! It wasn't working for me due to mantienece, and then even though I was logged in, it was saying I wasn't, so I logged out and back in and now seems to be good. :)
