Yes, they are a real breed. LOL. I love them, their ears are so cute and they have the sweetest temperamnets. I want to own one some day.

I always thought Maine Coons were beautiful too. I have a thick cat book with a bunch of breed pics and descriptions, I love the Maine Coons in it!

they all look like regular cats found at a shelter i could never buy a cat i can get a zillion outside my house

I've always loved mixed breed cats. I think I'll always own one but I do love Devon Rexes. They have such a cute pixy look to them and I love their wavy coat and I heard they have quite the personality.
