Great pics! Yes, Luce looks so mistreated. I never realized how black Mushroom's coat was. They're both gorgeous. Just out of curiosity, how large are they? They look like they're both good pitty size: you see so many people trying to breed for giant pits that it's refreshing to see one that's actually the proper size.

mushroom is a deep, rich brown in good light. sometimes that comes through in pictures, sometimes not.

they're both 17" at the shoulder. luce is a racy 45 pounds and mushroom a blocky 55.

They're gorgeous. I can't get over Luce's ears; i love pointy ears on Pit Bulls.

Wow they are 45 & 55 pounds? They must be really muscley. My two weigh about the same and they are 21 inches at the withers (I assume that's how you're measuring too- like how they measure for agility?)
They are such cuties.
