We are allowed two if you live in the city/suburbs unless you have a landlord and he says different (obviously :D). I am pretty sure farms are different. They don't enforce it strictly if you own your own home but in a lot of complex/apartment buildings they are extremely strict on the "two four legged animal" policy.

I don't want to know! I heard a rumor it was five, but if it's less I guess we'll go into hiding...;)

My city is allowed 3 but you can apply for a kennel liscense and have more. However, you are only allowed to own 2 pitbulls maximum and they have to be altered so they can't produce.......you know that BSL Bull$***!

As many as we want. (As long as they're under control, not bothering anyone, etc) Talking to a sheriff about it last year, and they were *thinking* about limiting to 10. In the town we use to live in, it was 3, then AC took over and raised it to 4.

honestly, i have no idea. i did hear one rumor that said, "you couldn't have more than 3 NOT altered females, or else you must have a kennel license." if this statement IS the law... then my family has been breaking it for a lonng time! ..but if no one complains, you're fine. haha.

*lol* I want to foster eventually, so that's why I called to find out what the regulations are. I don't plan on adding any new fur kids for quite some time to be a part of my permanent family. I sort of feel like three is too few, but I guess it isn't really my choice! :)
