I finished up the inking the day Ronin passed. It was just really, really sad to hear about him. He was such a pretty boy. And I'm really glad you like it so far.
Just letting you guys know my new job is 10 hour days plus almost 2 hours commute. So I'll probably be working this mostly on the weekends for now. (sucks, I'm sorry!) I'm gone from about 6 am to 6 pm right now then pretty dead afterwards. But I have 3 day weekends every other week so hopefully those weekends will be really nice and productive.
I finished Breeze's first because she needed them sooner than everyone else. I didn't get pics but I mailed them off (hope she can get pics of them lol). It's been slow going guys, working 10-12 hours trying to get caught up on my job lately (out of town training and fun stuff like that). Will keep plugging away though, trying to do a couple hours a day minimum and have laid down the base coats of all the ones I've got inked and posted here. I should have them done in a couple days.
Not trying to make excuses, just explaining. Thank you all for your patience again! My three day weekend is coming up and I am going to try to paint 8-5 on sunday and monday at least.
Laur did you ever get my last PM? It was a couple weeks ago and I've forgot since then. Apparently USPS ****ed up. If you didn't get it I'll PM you again.
Sizzle's- I will get a better scan- yours is too long to fit on my scanner, plus Ronin's neck I tried to fix a bit and so it's still wet and that's why it looks weirdly dark. I'll scan it again this afternoon.
I finished it! Once it's dried I'll get a picture. Pip makes me smile every time I work on him. I really love the paper it's on too. It's the first time I've done one of those on real watercolor paper and it makes a world of difference. I'm still mad the colors are coming out wonky in the photos.
And in other words, I just stuck my paintbrush in my iced tea.... Doh.
