I LOVE that idea! I stick a dog under the desk when I'm working at it, but that there is a fantastic idea lol.

Yeah, I was gonna say, mine would end up curled up under my feet anyway and then I'd be pissed off over the loss of storage space LOL.

I love the idea of it. Radar loves crawling into little spaces and sleeps in the shelf under our coffee table. Mostly to taunt Duke, but it would be used nonetheless.

Dekka wouldn't use that.. its too low. (she likes to high up) but the whippets would love that!! It looks really nice too.

What fabulous ideas! Not only the built in beds, but all of them. Very cool! Those are some really nice looking rooms too!

I thought of them , but it would have to be for a super clean dog. some seem hard to get the poo put of in case of an accident.

Pintrest has loads of these on it

I've been planning to incorporate designs like this as we remodel. Mostly moveable furniture items, though, as I don't want to detract from the value of the house in case we suddenly need to move. I lean toward items like dog bed/end table, or a nook that's designed in such a way that sans bed it could be used as a display area for a special item, like a vase (for a non-pet-power).

Also, our full/unfinished basement is plumbed for a bathroom in one corner...but without any actual appliances, etc. I plan to wall it in, install the vent and a raised tub w/ good hair-catching strainers, and use it as an all-weather dog bathing/blowing out area. Someday...!

Amazing ideas! If I owned a house, I'd be all over making something like these. I've got designs drawn up here and there for home-dog-stuff, but landlords ain't so keen to let me construct/renovate stuff from their property :p

LOL, I have a poor man's version of that at my house right now. I put an extra dog bed under an unused desk and Sienna camps out there all the time now.
