Who has a bat house??

Do bats live in it?
Where did you buy it (or if you made it, tell us a little about that).
Where did you place it, and why?

I love bats, and I do occasionally see them here, although I mostly see them in more rural parts of town. (is that an oxymoron)? I don't know if bats would use a bat house here in my awful suburban noisy developed neighborhood.

I bought one and they didn't use it and I gave it away( may not have waited long enough since they were well established multiple other places?). They are behind the shutters at my neighbors and in my big dead tree.

I was told told to attach shutters to my barn to attract them and they work better than boxes.

I love watching them right as it's getting dark come drink from the pond. We have a ton.

Bought mine at a farmers market I think?
