I have to ask... What were you eating that averaged out to 10K calories per day and didn't include liquids? That's the equivalent of eating two McD's double quarter pounders with cheese + large fries for five meals every day.
that was 20 years ago, I don't remember specifics. Liquids were included, soda, milk, juice etc, what wasn't was beer and booze, which was quite frequent back then.
If I had a floppy drive on any computer, I could probably bring up the analysis off one of my discs if I really cared to go thru them again
