Anybody help with my breed?

I posted this question when I got her from the pound over a year ago and was told to wait a while. Well, she's over a year old now and I still dont' know what to say when people stop me at the park. I've figured out part chow, but other than that the best guesses are Corgi and German Shepherd. Anybody else have ideas? Thanks. Here she is....

She does look part chow and probably corgi from those short legs of hers....I can't even guess what else!

She is lovley though.
