YouTube - DOG SICK, WHATS WRONG ?

She started acting like this last night, but got better now, still seems weak, and coughing frequently

9 years old
-Has colits, gets triggered from certain food ingredients(still unknown what she's alergic to)
-Collapsed trachea (Cause coughing)
- Is blind from retinal degeneration

A side note:
Aside from this, she would randomly get colitis episodes, and have really bad diareah (we don't know what she's alergic to yet), so we've put her on rice for about 2 months now (as vet instructed after running blood test). She also randomly barfs out clear flam looking things sometimes. and the vet doesn't seem to have any answer.

Her coughing seems to be more frequent now, she was like this awhile back, we reduced the food, exercise her, and eventually she can run without coughing, and stay pretty active, but now she can run, but still coughs alot at home

Looks like a seizure or maybe an exaggerated inverted (reverse) sneeze. If your current vet doesn't have any ideas, I'd go get a second opinion. There's not much people watching a video can do ... someone needs to evaluate her heart/lungs, etc. to see what you might be dealing with.

Also, I'd ask about allergy testing if it hasn't been suggested by the doc. It's expensive, but there are several things at work here and you need to get to the bottom of it.

I never went to the vet, it all happened midnight and i decided to stay up till morning to monitor her. Ive had many visits to the vet and the last time i went was not too long ago.

There was blood work done, and heart was checked as well. Simply found no problem but the conditions ive stated earlier above.

She hasn't done any of that anymore, but it seems like her colitis symptoms are coming back, i'd bring her outside and she'd be licking and attempt to eat the grass.
Its so fustrating to see her act like this once inawhile and the vet never has any solution or clear answers to her problems ><
