Thanks for a friend providing me with the motivation, I joined a gym here locally and have started an every other day workout routine. I'm mainly focusing on my cardio, although I'm doing strength training, too (everything...arms, legs, shoulders, abs, thighs). Right now I'm only able to jog about every .10 mile before having to stop and walk again for another .10. Hoping by the end of the month I'll have made improvements with that.
Ultimate goal is to a.) not gain weight, b.) loose 5-10 pounds, c.) get some muscle tone, and d.) jog a mile or two without dying.
Really hoping I can continue my motivation for my EOD routine even after I get a job!
