I just finished a workout with 3 circuits to complete (kind of like Chalene and her HIIT stuff LOL). I managed to do the first two circuits 3 times but the last one I could only pull off two sets. I was kind of hoping to throw in the 20 minute workout on Turbo Jam but I don't know if I have it in me now LOL. we'll see how I recover in the next few minutes
The circuits included
Circuit 1:
30 seconds of jogging (knees up high)
30 Jumping jacks (my feet kept going numb during the jacks... not sure whats up with that)
8 walk outs (you reach down to your toes and walk your hands out till you are in plank position and then walk back up)
10 burpees (or squat thrusts)
30 jacks
rest 1 minute
Circuit 2:
15 squats
5 jump squats
30 lunges alternating legs
30 Mountain climbers
30 second plank
Circuit 3
30 Jacks
24 squats with front kick alternating legs
10 burpees
