ahh, that's not really correct. a majority vote can't supersede the constitution of the United States. and I think it can be argued that denying 2 consenting adults the right to marry is in fact denying a certain group of "equal protection of the laws" It also says that states cannot abridge immunities and priviledges of it's citizens.
I will not be surprised to see all of these state laws or state constitutional amendments going bye bye, that or all the laws regarding marriage will go bye bye. I'm betting on the former.
