I'm curious about this too, I have stayed out of this thread (as I stayed out of the thread on another forum where this same poster went fishing for yay puppies responses much the same as here and ftr she did give a completely different story there, when she didn't like the responses she got, she got huffy and came here looking for yay puppies responses), but I have read the entire thing and I didn't see anything that came across as too terribly harsh.

In fact, the OP got off fairly easy as compared to how I've seen others with oops litters grilled here.

Ok, I read this whole thread...I am sorry, where is the nasty attacking of the OP? I see concern, I see advice, I see honest criticism (and yes, I dont care if one is sorry about an oops litter, it is still a HUGE mistake)....and I see a bunch of other people being nasty about how nasty others were that I cant find examples of....

Okay this is starting to get even more out of hand.

People can we just off of what happened? Please? I have stated I'm sorry, I stated why, I don't want yay puppies for the millionth time. I just want understanding and helpful options. Yes the harshness has made me realize its very bad and I didn't want this.

I'm continuing to learn and listen without much I'm saying back, even though somethings have went sour, and some of it I deserve, but to a dagree, not 20 + pages. I lied, some people understand why, some don't, I'm not seeking for yay puppies or good job for you!

All I want is now to move on, no more questions about what has been done, only what is next. Thats all that matters now. Whats done is done, If you can't forgive me or move on without putting me down further, stay out and help someone else that needs it and needs to be put down for it, but brought up afterwards.

At Basic Training, they put you down to your lowest you could go, onl to make you stronger and see what you can become after showing you your mistakes.

Now lets move on shall we? Hoorah.

I personally didn't find this thread nasty, a few comments might have been pushing it, but really I didn't see anything that wasn't simply opinionated or blunt (to you.. to eachother.. well some of us did get called socially awkward people with no friends in real life.. )

Just remember, this is the internet. You dont' know us, so our opinions of you shouldn't matter.... at least not yet. Once you get to know us and are part of the 'family' then I can see our opinions mattering. But right now if you are confident you are doing all you can then stand tall.

I understand, some of these replies did actually make me cry, just how blunt and somewhat mean at times they were. I deserved a lot of it, some people could have been a little less harsh, because I really want to just leave and not come back.

But some members pmed me and told me stick through it. This is not a bad forum, I would just answer some peoples questions a little bit less aggressive next time with oops litters.

You came here and had the audacity to call a long term member a troll. A good portion of chaz is on the forum you fled from, so people knew your background when you arrived. Makes people blunt and put away their fairy dust. Quit pushing the yay puppies, look around and figure out the tone of the forum, and move on. People will get over it. Participate other than your own threads, and hopefully you'll make some friends here.

For the trillionth time, not pushing for yay puppies. I do post in other topics other than my own, and I do plan to make friends and already have.

I think she was referring to before. IF you quit (which you say you have, so no reason to be defensive) pushing for yay puppy pics, and just do what you are doing then you should have no problems.

I read her post as to the point and a tad blunt, but didn't have any sarcasm. Though I read your "thanks for your time" as sarcasm. If it wasn't I apologize. But this is what I mean about just taking things at face value unless you have a reason not too.

This is an example (not directed solely at the OP) for people reading more 'snark' or 'attack' into posts where none is intended or implied. Maf's post was not mean, or attacking, yet I am sure some will take it that way.

I was actually in your original thread which is why I never posted on your threads here. I was honestly confused since the stories don't add up. My original advice regarding spaying Misty stands.

Glad you are stepping up and getting them spayed and neutered. I hope the pups continue to stay very healthy.

Well, it's time to move on! Nobody likes to be accused, I myself was even accused of breeding Sassy in this thread! Forums can be harsh, but I am glad you decided to stick around and get through it. I want more puppy pictures! I'm sure we would all love to see them grow up.

Too many people get chased away and don't ask for help because of this type of thread in my most honest opinion.. I am glad it's over.

It amazing how fast they change when they're so young. So adorable and starting to look like puppies and not cute rodents

I know, they go from hardly ever moving or making a sound, to always making a sound and moving around. Now that their eyes are open they are not taking everything so badly lol.

They are good pups, and I have some newspaper down where they are, with a lot of blanket as well, but they decide to go, if their mom doesn't lick them to go, they go on the newspaper. :yikes:

Or when they assume they know what is best for you or your pets, when they have never met you, seen your pets in person, or even talk to you all that much online! Its funny how people think they have the right to tell you whats best when they don't even know you! Thats the internet for you.

There are a few members of this forum (One in particular pops in my head, but I won't say names) who only posts rude remarks..Nothing positive, or helpful. Just remarks to be rude. Snarky, bitchy responses because they think they are special and everyone needs to care about their opinions. But they are just that, someone elses opinions.

I got jumped on on another forum when I was FIFTEEN because my mom had bred HER dachshund, and she had 6 puppies. All I did was post some pictures up of them, and I got bashed as if I had bred them myself to make profit or something. People tend to be ruder than they normally would online, if they had met you in person I doubt they would be as rude as they can be online.

And I did teach my mom that breeding her untitled, unhealth tested dogs just because was wrong, and now she is completely against breeding (In general, but hey its better than her thinking any dog should be bred!) and we foster for dog rescues. Of course she wasn't some kind of puppy mill, in here lifetime she has had 3 dachshunds who have had a litter each, and then were spayed. She was just uneducated on dog overpopulation. A LOT of people are! I have MANY coworkers who come to work talking about their litters of puppies they have, and I educate them and it still doesn't work (And I am nice when I talk to them about it, being rude will make someone NOT want to take your advice. Being nicer about it, and telling them facts and statistics are MORE likely to work!). And I have coworkers who get puppies, and once they get older they get rid of them so they can get another cute puppy to do the same thing to. I"m not rude to them, I just tell them that full grown chihuahua mix they just took the SPCA is NOT going to get a home, it is going to be PTS along with the hundreds of other dogs that look just like him.

I personally blame you and no one else for your dogs litter. She needed to be spayed before any heat cycle since you couldn't keep her apart from the male. I know people are against early spays, and want to wait til they are older but if you can't keep her away from males its better to spay a female early then have a litter of puppies. Whats done is done, and hopefully you DO get her spayed and don't allow her to breed again. I do NOT like you saying "Accidental"..you had two intact dogs in your house, a pregnancy is what was bound to happen. Its not like you had a female dog you were trying hard to keep separated from males and she accidentally got out of her pen and bred, you kept these two dogs together all the time...Of course she is going to get pregnant!

The puppies are very cute!! I had a chihuahua and her pups in my house for a while (Back at the rescue) and its a joy having puppies! I always recommend to people who want to breed their dog just so they can enjoy having puppies that they should foster a mama dog from a rescue, that way you didn't just bring in more unwanted animals into the world, you are helping ones someone else brought into the world irresponsibly.

Your puppies are starting to look quite different from when I saw pics of them last! They are so cute. So glad everything is going well with them.

Reading through this thread I've seen a lot of thread-hijackers. C'mon people! I can see people having and giving opinions, but plz don't be rude about it! ok?
