Red fawn Fila, of course ;) Although I would LOVE to end up with a reverse brindle male out of Kharma. The predominantly white with brindle saddled Filas (that you almost never see here because the farmers in Brazil won't turn loose of them) are STUNNING. One of Amy's litters threw one like that.

APBTs, I don't think I really have a favorite as far as color goes, but I do like the look of the game-bred dogs best, no matter what kind of coat they have. The buckskins are awfully striking though, and you can really see the musculature on them.

Bimmers only come in one style pelt ;)

Cocker spaniels - I like parti colors and tri colors of any color. Although not recognized the merle and sable odd colors also can look very very interesting. Definitely a dog I would rescue, but never seek after a breeder taht is intentionally breeding those colors, obviously. I'm not just fond of solid colors entirely, and do like the uniqueness that parti colors gives them.

English Setters - blue belton with tan ticking. My favorite. :)

Border Collies I love Blue merle and Black and white, but lots of white always apeals to me the most.
ETA: and black tri's with lots of distinction between markings, they're gorgeous

Dobermans - REDs, yeah!

Pembroke Welsh Corgis - a nice deep, rich red with *distinct, clearly defined separations of color, especially on the head* - So hard to find these days...

For BCs, my fave is the standard B&W with golden eyes. Second is a deep red and white with golden eyes. I'm a fan of merles in any breed, as well.

I don't have a breed but I can list my favourite colors for the breeds I want.

For Shelties, definitely the bi blacks. It's even better if they have a pure black head with a nice white ruff.

Tollers, I also like the deeper reds better, but only slightly. I do like heavy white markings, specically on the face.

Border collies, .. well, whatever THIS is (blue merle with tan points?).. even better that he is smooth coated. I'd get him if he weren't for a working home only! LOL .. Plus he's in scotland.

For Ibizans I like any pattern, though lots of white is preferred.

For Boels; I do like my fawn black mask; but my old APBT Indy was fawn black mask as well; so maybe it's a heart dog preference.

I also like the Boels in black and brindle; but you have to be careful with the darker colours; the type isn't as nice as the other colours.

There is also a real smutty coloured buckskin type/or red base type; they really catch my eye!!

Not the clearest example of the colour; but neat nonetheless;

In borzoi, "any color, or combination of colors, is acceptable," so there are a great many to choose from. My favorite changes every week. This week I'm digging self-black; last week it was self-red brindle with a full black mask; the week before was Irish-marked silver sable. And you can never go wrong with fawn/black mask in any breed or mix.

I prefer the mid and deep orange colours. Like Toller, I also prefer the flesh coloured pigment with some exceptions. There's a delightfully perfect little toller girl named Wi with dark pigment that I can't help but fawn over.

Yorkies: I like when they stay really dark black and gold like they are born... however, this is very rare and most will lighten up over time... Armani has not started to lighten yet at a year and a half, so I get extra puppy time with him.

Poodles: I like they dark... dark chocolate or black, I also like the parti and phantom ones but they are impossible to find from reputable breeders... I never liked white ones because the ones I saw always looked dirty but there is a certain little white poodle girl on this board who is soo beautiful and always looks great who has changed my mind on that... I still would never have one because I know I couldnt keep it clean.

Irish marked brindle, ;)

Though, I'm super partial to black masked reds. And solid red brindles. This dog is like my dream dog color, lol.

In Aussies that's referred to as "blue merle with copper&white".

Rotties, well, there's only one color that's really acceptable.
Filas...brindle. I really like brindle.
Labs...not really "my" breed but I like the blacks the best. They just seem to have better type overall.
For toy breeds, I'm partial to black tris in any of the three breeds I'd have; Cavaliers, Papillons and Chi's.

I also really like the dark GSD's like Ty. And though wholly unstandard, merlequins in Danes.
