Thanks everyone. It's been hard but we're doing okay. We pick up her ashes today. We were planning a candlelight service for her but it's been raining all night so we'll probably have her service tomorrow. She's very missed. It's so weird only having one sheltie around.

I am glad that Nik didn't go through any prolonged suffering, and she passed peacefully. She really did have the fullest life that any dog could ask for!
