The poem fits my Abby, no one wanted her and I took a chance. She did have some baggage and it is now gone and forgotten. I feel that if you take on the responsibility of a dog you should be prepared to take all of the baggage. After reading the poem I had to give her a hug, and I believe that she knows that she is safe with us from now on...
