At a little over 8 weeks, she WILL get her tuggy off the flirt pole, even if she has to fly!

And being freakin' adorable doesn't hurt ...

Gosh she's cute! I simultaneously love terriers and at the same time really realize that I'm probably not meant to own them. But i definitely appreciate them more after this past week.

My Collies have always been very high drive, so having terriers is really not much different, except for their prey drive is one step closer to death. ;)

It's not the drive it's more of the mentality I think. Mia is what I'd call higher drive and more energy than Ada by far.

Depends on the terrier I think. Mine are high working/prey drive, but have great recalls and are very quick and eager to learn.

She loves to learn but very very much an independent dog. Very different for me.

Sorry for the derail! I'd love to meet a patterdale one day. :)

well that is one breed i just can not see getting too popular at least for there sake i hope not. they really are working terriers and darn good ratters from what i hear. been watching them for a few years but would never own one unless i was on a farm they had a job to do and wanted a full head of grey hair lol ok right now i have a love hate relationship with terriers

Thats like mine too. They love to be doing something, and think learning is fun.
