How do you post a photo?

upload it to a image hosting site (like photobucket) then put it in the image tags

Then you copy the link location that Photobucket gives you and put it between the two tags so it'd be something like this:

[img]www.photobucket.com/pictureofryan.jpg[/img

But the [/img tag also needs a ] after the 'g'. I couldn't put one to demonstrate with because it'd read it as an image and try to display the image from the link that I just made up.
