Who is supposed to pick up trees and wood?

The neighbor had her tree cut down and the guy who did it cut some brush from behind our fence. Well, the jerk left the whole tree in a pile behind my fence and said he was coming back for it and never did. Who is supposed to pick it up? Isn't there something in the City that comes by and gets it?

The city comes and takes care of that here, when its warm, but it has to be out by the curb (near where we put the garbage). . .

Is it on your property ? was it your tree ? if yours you do. If not the one who cut it has to clean the mess and take care of any damages caused by it's cutting.

it was your neighbor's tree, so they are responsible. if the man did say he will clean it up, give them a couple days. if nothing happens by mid-week, ask your neighbor when it is going to be done.

Yes, it was my neighbor's tree. But the guy who cut the tree moved it to our yard. Well, it was a week ago today when he said he would be by. I gave him through the weekend thinking it might be done this past weekend. I will give it through this weekend, and then I will have to figure something out.
