I beat the crap out of my jeans, I'm short, and I HAAAAAATE going to the mall, so I either go to Platos Closet where I can try a zillion brands on all at once or I buy from Express on sale. High end jeans just seem to fit me better, but regardless of brand, I seem to go through jeans in a year, maaaaaaybe 2, so I won't pay more than $35-40/pair. Sales are my friends.

Plain shirts from the activewear section at Target (C9 brand) or Hanes Brands Outlet in town, graphic tees from all over, but often Threadless or ThinkGeek.

It all depends... Sometimes Kohls, Target... A lot of Eddie Bauer, Ann Taylor Loft, and Gap.

Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Urban Outfitters (only rarely because they are SO expensive), Ross. The only jeans that EVER fit me right are Aeropostale jeans and I have no idea why.

Varies. Target, walmart, Ross, TJMax, Old navy, Gordman's, I don't have one specific place for my 'go to' wardrobe spot. The running theme is AFFORDABLE, LOL

Y'all with the Goodwill comments are stars! I had to drop off some stuff anyway so I went in and found myself two new pairs of work pants. One from the GAP and the other I don't know where from but they fit nice and look nice! for fiiiiiive dollahs. Awesome.
You betcha! When the kids were smaller, I'd go on 50% off Saturdays and walk out with 2-3 BIG BAGS of NAME BRAND, 'like new' kids clothes for around $20....not even kidding! Levi, Hollister, Aeropostale, Abercrombie....you name it, they have it! Not only that, I really like their mission to train and help harder cases get back to work.

We went to my sister's (out of state) for a week, she was helping me fold/pack and exclaimed "I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU GOT MOST OF THE KIDS' CLOTHES AT THRIFT/GOODWILL!" Having two kids herself, she was so shocked at all the expensive names flashing in the kids' suitcases, LOL (but I was shocked too the first time I went, LOL)

Jeans-
Buckle.. Super expensive but I love them. I only buy them once a year, if I buy jeans that year, and that is on Black Friday or cyber Monday.

Sweatshirts-
Dicks sporting goods
Under armor
North face
Columbia

Camis/tank tops-
-mostly Aeropostale.. Super cheap Black Friday/cyber Monday

Dress clothes-
Express, mostly dress shirts, although I really like some of their dress pants as well
Macys

Shirts-
Maurice's, Victoria's Secret, aerie

Bras-
Victoria's Secret.. Only place I have found a bra that fits me.. I'm rather small and need padded preferably a slight push up so it looks like I'm not completely flat.

Underwear-
Aerie, much more comfortable than Victoria's Secret in my opinion

I guess I buy expensive clothes, but they last me a really long time. A lot of my shirts I buy at cheaper places and I find that I have to buy more shirts every year.

I pretty much only go clothes shopping once a year on Black Friday/cyber Monday (usually just online). I shop for things I feel like I need more of. Lately it has been dress clothes and shirts/tops since I am having to look more professional for internships and will be graduating from graduate school in a little over a year.

I've never had trouble withclothes falling apart from Kohl's. I have summer clothes that I've been wearing for three years and they are still in great condition

I'm pretty simplistic and I can keep clothes for a LONG LONG time.

Jeans: Before I got preggo, I liked AE but I will probably look at Express next time. I doubt I'll fit into my old jeans properly as I can *feel* my hips getting bigger *sigh*

Shirts: Anywhere, I particularly love plain t's from Target, Old Navy, and the Danskin brand at Wal-Mart

Workout clothes: Target or Athleta. I love Target sports bras and tops and Athleta tights.

Panties and bras: Aerie. I used to only buy Victoria's Secret...until I discovered Aerie. The comfort. OMG. I love their stuff. Plus shipping is free if you order a bra and you can send them back and try a different size for free as well. Totally worth it, especially since preggo me has to try a ton of different sizes to see what fits now...

I wear a ton of lightweight skirts/dresses and they're from Old Navy and Athleta.

I tend to go more for the outlets where I like J. Jill, Calvin Klein, The Loft, Eddie Bauer, and J. Crew. (I love J. Jill's clothes!!) I gave up buying cheaper clothes at places like Target and places like that because they just didn't last.

For non-outlet clothes shopping...I tend to go the outdoorsy places because their stuff seems to last. So I hit places like REI, Eastern Mountain Sports, and Bass Pro Shops (who actually has cool women's wear.)

I always take my clothes to goodwill but when I look I find nothing worth buying there!! Walmart jeans which are three inches above my ankles.

I think my area has a lot of ebay resellers.

I always stock up on jeans at old navy when they have sales. I sometimes find random jeans at costco I like.

Basics:
Qwertee.com, Target! Kohls, Old Navy, TJ Maxx. Tautmun.com has some really nice basics that are dressy but not expensive. Maxi skirts from Target are great, love their basic tees and cardigans too. PJ pants and stuff from Old Navy.

Work/professional stuff:
Express, I have a bunch of their pants from back when I was working in an office and I still love them. Tops I would get from H&M or Charlotte Russe because they're cheap and dressy and since office work wasn't hard on them they would hold up ok. Blazers from Express or The Limited.
Dresses from F21, or Hellomollyfashion.com or from eShakti.com. Kind of expensive... but you get to customize the dress WRT your height, the length of the dress, the neckline etc.

Jeans:
Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack. Can find really nice jeans at the Rack for way cheap(er) than usual, stuff like Lucky, Hudson, True Religion, Rag & Bone. I quit buying cheap jeans because they're my daily outfit right now and anything from Target, Gap, Old Navy etc would pretty much lose shape after a couple of wears and frustrate the hell out of me.

Gym/run/tri stuff:
Uh... everywhere. Dick's/Sports Authority for Nike and UA and anything that I wear golfing. Lululemon because, yeah. I know not everyone loves/agrees with them or their prices, but I have gear from when I was in 9th grade ( and I'm now 30 ) that is still in pretty much perfect condition, and I'm super hard on my gym stuff. Zella from Nordstrom. Athleta by Gap. Freddy, and AloYoga.
Bunch of small online indie shops like Livesore, Nobull, JekyllHYDE, Iron and Ink. One piece lap swimming suit from Dick's as well, was cheapish and hasn't been destroyed by chlorine in 2 years. Tri stuff from The Clymb (it's like one of those Hautelook type things but for outdoors/running/active/triathlon and usually has really nice deals).

Outdoor stuff:
North Face has an outlet nearby and I usually get most of my stuff from there. Snowboard stuff usually comes from BC Surf & Sport (none this year because I dislocated my shoulder in September for the 4th time and I'm not allowed to go boarding until I have a second surgery on it so I can't vouch for whether they had anything good this season). REI sometimes, it's a little pricey and plain for me. I find that Dick's and Sports Authority have pretty nice winter stuff in a range of prices too.

Shoes:
DSW 90% of the time, I love looking through their clearance stuff - last pair of gym shoes were a really nice pair of Asics and wound up costing $24. I buy my running shoes from Newton. Not cheap but I'm a mid/forefoot runner and they've been the best fit by far. Zappos for nicer shoes if I've tried it on in real life somewhere. Flippies and stuff from Kohls and Target. Boots from Nordstrom and Steve Madden, though RD bought me a pair of Frye boots after a particularly tough semester as a treat and I will probably never want to or need to buy another pair of boots from anywhere in my life.

Socks & undies:
Normal gym socks mostly from Target and Kohls, fun socks and knee highs/boot socks from sockdreams.com. Undies from Target usually, sometimes VS when they do a 5/$25 kinda thing. Macy's does a huge intimates sale once a year and you can get a ton of stuff for between $2 and $10 for undies and bras so I'll stock up then. My favorite bathing suit is actually from Target. Best fitting thing in the world and has held up to substantial use with only a little fading.

Sorry seems like a lot but if people are looking for new places to check out I figured I'd try and give as many as I could.

Maurice's, Marshall's. A particular local 2nd hand store for jeans.

I buy most tee shirts online. Underwear typically come from like Rue 21 or similar from their sale bins. Socks walmart. Bras Khols, typically.

Id love to upgrade my bras, actually.

For nicer clothes, I like Torrid. I am heavier but not like HUGE so I was always embarrassed to go into a "plus size" store but the first time I did, I was so happy to find something nice that actually fit me right. I get size 1 and 2 depending on what type of clothes. So any blazers or pant suits or "going out" clothes I have come from there usually now.

I wear jeans a lot and I only like Buckle. They're expensive but only jeans that fit me right. I like Silver and Big Star brand.

Most of the time I am in sweats and a hoodie though when I can be... I get stuff from Under Armor mainly because my uncle gets 50% off as a coach otherwise I wouldn't spend the $$$.

Underwear and bras is usually Victoria's Secret.
