Favorite: a particular type of Labrador. Which is to say a short, thick coated, solid, athletic dog of around 50-65 pounds that is smart, food, toy, and praise motivated, social with people and other animals, and a generally happy, stable dog.

Least favorite: oh geez...um...I have a few tied for last place. LOL Probably going to have to go with either English Bulldogs or Pugs.

Favorites: Is it cheating if I say "herders?" I think my favorite will eventually be Border Collies but I've only really been around 3-4 very often/for very long so I need to meet more to see if I really like them as a whole breed, or if I just know 4 awesome flukes. : )

Least Favorite: Pugs and Poms. I volunteered at an animal shelter for years and the Poms were the bitiest. I hated working with them. Plus one chased me down the street biting my legs when I was jogging... more than once before I learned that apparently the dog gets to free roam and I shouldn't job on my own street.

Favorites: APBTs, boxers, Rhodesian ridgebacks, JRTs.

Least favorites: don't really have least favorite breeds, more a type: I'm not fond of what I'd consider more "primitive" breeds, some spitz, basenji, shiba inu, and breeds like pharaoh hounds, afghans, etc. not big on shar peis, but I think if I met a bone mouth I'd adore it.

Basically, I don't want a dog that acts like a cat, lol.

Favourite: Australian Shepherd. Followed by a lot of other herding breeds.

Least Favourite: To be honest honest, I don't really have a specific least favourite. I wouldn't seek for myself anything under 25lbs, anything with a squishy face/short muzzle, anything terrier, anything without an easy to care for coat, etc. Doesn't mean I dislike those breeds necessarily but I wouldn't want to live with them. I think the only breeds I'll seek out from here on are Aussies, maybe a Koolie, maybe a Belgian and maybe Tollers (now that I have two I find all I do is compare them to Journey).

I don't really have a favorite breed. I like large athletic dogs.

Least favorite would be English Bulldogs and Bull Terriers. Aesthetically, they are not at all appealing to me.

Borzois are my favorite.

I don't really have a least favorite as I like all teh doges. I feel bad for a lot of English bulldogs though, because their health and conformation is so awful across the board. So, I guess you could say they are my least favorite breed because so many of them are born in unhealthy bodies and that is sad. :(

Favorite: German Shepherds!

Least Favorite: I don't really have a dog breed I don't like per se, but I wish English Bulldog's didn't exist the way they do conformation-wise. Same with Pekes and other similar dogs.

Favorite: Probably border collies but I like a lot of other herders and mixes too.

Least: Dogue de Bordeaux and neos. Neos because too many wrinkles. Dogues? I don't know but I just hate the way they look. To me they are just super unattractive dogs. I don't really understand the appeal when you could get something like a bullmastiff lol. Show bred pekes (I like the pet bred ones usually)

My favorite breed is the Roxie Poxie. Course, I'm a bit biased, as my own RP, Roxie (yeah, yeah, totally generic name for a Roxie Poxie), is pretty darn awesome :p I also really like sighthounds, JRTs, Dogos, Boxers, etc.

Least favorite... spaniels? I mean I love Brittanys and will have one in the future, but Cockers and Clumbers... no thanks. King Charles Spaniels are adorable as hell, though- just may not own one.

My favorites are the pit bull type breeds-because that's what my own dog is, and Chihuahuas, because of a particular Chihuahua I once knew in the low kill shelter where I volunteer. He was at the shelter many months, and we got to know him well. He was the most amazing little dog. He was one of the dogs As one of the other volunteers said: "he just has a great attitude."

My least favorites are Labrador and Golden Retrievers. I don't doslike the dogs themselves, actually, it's more sort of the hype surrounding them, how people think they can do no wrong, the way in which lab puppies are the ones always selected for cute pictures, cute commercials, etc.
(Maybe I've got a bit of pit-owner bitterness towards the world that unjustly hates my dog and favors others ;)).
I think breed isn't really that important. And I think that one's feelings about particular breeds are influenced by the dogs of that breed that one has known.

Fave: American Pit Bull Terrier

Least Fave: Brachycephalic breeds. Not a big fan of Labradors either.

Not sure I actually have a least favorite. There are a lot of breeds I wouldn't own but I could like individuals of any breed.

Favorites would be Border Collies, Labs, and Rottweilers.

Least fav would be a Chihuahua. Just because friends had one and it was nippy and pretty dang aggressive for it's little size. It ran the show at home.(Prob was mostly lack of training but it just didn't sit well with me.)
