THis is my blind baby boy. He wasn't always blind, he had a decade of running like the wind was silk against his skin. A decade of friends, and woods, and adventure. Now he is my blind baby boy old man. His days are a short quick walk, because that is as much as I can give him, and a yummy at the half way point at our gas station. Car rides tho he no longer sees where he is going, he still will not sit down, nor will his feet stop treading the seat like he is helping it go. Mostly he is tucked in his blankets, waiting for me. It isn't what it use to be, but it will be as good as I can make it for him. As far as I can tell he was a Christmas puppy. I adopted him at 5 months april 1 from Connie Guthrie at Save Our Strays .He was a pound puppy. He had nightmares for a long time when he first came. HE hasnt' had nightmares in so long now I can't remember when they stopped. Now he dreams of running, and eating and seeing old friends. I know when he sees old friends because his tail will whack that happy beat while he snores away. I love my little boy old blind man, more then there is water in the seas.
EVen tho he is a senior, he has lost none of his classic looks.
