update on last years pups.

Last year my dog had a silent heat and had a litter of 9 pups and I updated theough out the raising here and the rehoming. At the time I couldnt keep any. we were in the middle of a move though I wanted them all! I keep in touch with all the new owners and I am very happy with the homes I found. I did however find a home that didnt work out and I took my baby back! It all sounded to weird... When I set up dates to visit it never worked out..... I asked for pics...nadda..... Then out of the blue I get an email.... that (mind you its been 7 months later... that her dad is allergic to dogs... and they have to get rid of her... Umm when I adopted her to them thay had a lab mix spayed female with long hair.. Well I took her back. I was so mad I almost popped the girl in her face whenshe opened her back door and pulled her out giggling and handed me the leash no emotion.,. then I bent to touch her nad oooh she screamed and tugged on the leash and she laughed at her fright.... I picked her up and tried to sooth her but man she was scared. It took her two days to get back to what I remembered her as... I was so upset I sat their holding a screaming dog crying wanting to beat the tar out of the girl... Anyways its been awhile and I have a High energy untrained pooch.. well Now she nows her commands and I have tought her to herd cows!!! I milk cows and I have her bring the cows into the holding room she is truly amazing! and I see so much of her mom and her. She is the puppy I wanted to keep anyways I always felt she was born to stay and I am so glad to have her back. anyways here is a pick of her tied out at my work in between cows. (there is lots an dI can only bring in 20-25 at a time)

Great pics nice to know she is back home.

I beat my hand bloody when I found one of my dogs tied to a tree in a make shift kennel , NO shelter in the back of a business.
Broke the contract so I smiled and resisted the urge to punch him out.
Got my dog back and it took 3 months for him to smile and bark, NO barking very wierd from a guardian barker breed. He also ran in semi half circle being tied his whole life.

ONce you get them back you cant let them go thou.

Give it time she will be herself soon just TLC is what she needs.

I thought she was meant to be mine. since she was born she was my favorite I was attached..hook line and sinker. My parents said I had to find her a home so I had her up on petfinder (weird place.. ) I never got one ligit offor they were all scams I had two ppl send me fake cashiers checks. Even had to call the FBI I mean I really thought she was mine forever. I started training her. she slept on my bed with her mom and me. Then we got a call from a dad and her father. Her mom had passed and she saw a pic of lady and wanted her. They seemed so nice. their vet said they were good. There other dog was nice. It all looked like it lined up. But She was meant to be mine and I am NEVER going to give her up again. I should have follows my heart in the first place but I had to follow my parents lead... Well its all history now and I have the best cow dog ever! Thanks so much for your words of wisdom.
