Unsafe Web Site Warnings

Ok, the issue has been found and removed. Apparently, it was some type of vBulletin hack.

If anyone has anymore issues or sees any other type of warning, message, threat, pop up etc. please send me an email directly at webmaster [at] chazhound.com

PS. We are going to do some upgrades and other stuff, so the forums may be out of whack until we get it done. I know there are big changes from vb3.x to vb4.x

Avast picked up two viruses last night after I scanned the computer. *sigh* I'm scanning it again today and we'll see.

Mine says this site has Malware on it but I have virus protection so Malware can suck it.

It's happening again... and this time I got a trojan from it. symantec caught it right away so I know it came from chaz.

Okay, I will put the admin on it. If you can give any details like the name of the trojan or take a screen shot of the popup, that would be extremely helpful.

Yes, I got it. I had the admin search the server and he didnt find any signs of a virus or anything else. He is installing some monitoring software to see if he can locate the source.

It is kind of strange that you are the only 1 seeing this warning. Have you cleared your cache and temp files?

If anyone else is having the same issue, please post here.

how am I the only one? this whole thread is about it lol.

yes I've cleared everything. it doesn't happen everytime I come to chaz and sometimes happens when I've already been here and try to go to a different page on chaz and it only happens here.

oh well... my symantec catches it so while it's a pain in the arse I can get rid of it and move on

This whole thread is about it, but the problem was found and fixed. Since that point you are the only one that has posted anything. That seems strange, as these types of attacks are usually wide spread.

well... I haven't gotten it since I posted it here lol... how's that for strange. I just thought of that. not that it means anything... just a wierd observation.

I will let you know when and if it happens again and if there is any new info.

This site is flagged for me as well. I have to override my computer to come here, and I still have a giant red exclamation point at the bottom right of my screen.
