Alright... lately, Rocky's been throwing up and having diarreah. He doesn't act sick and acts completely normal and happy-go-lucky but there's obviously something up with his stomach.

I took him to the vet because he'd been doing it a while the exact same way (about mid-day almost everyday and it was a yellowish color) and they said it had something to do with him being hungry. So I fed him anytime that happened but it hasn't really changed. And it's been like a month now.

I tried giving him Immodium and Pumpkin for the diarreah but it's not work either.

What's going on here? His last vet check-up revealed no worms or anything and like I said, he acts completely normal.

You need to feed before, so then the don't through up the excess bile. I had one that did that. I had to feed her in smaller more frequent meals.

If that doesn't fix it then go back to the vet. Persistent vomiting can be indicative of many issues.

The golden I had when I was growing up would throw up bile in the morning sometimes before we fed him...the only time it would happen would be on an empty stomach.

Smaller, frequent meals sounds right to me, too.

Watch all he eats, no garabage can stuff. Only smaller portions of his meals to make up for amount he is to get daily. Plenty of fresh water. You could give him a tbsp of Pepto, it will calm the stomach.

I just gave Sat. to one of my pups, within a couple hours he began to eat again. More livier also.

He if not better in a week better seek a new vet for extensive tests on other things.

Also in these smaller more frequent meals, give the meals at certain times and the same time every day. Do remember however to watch for exercise after eating as that can be a problem for bloat.
Hottie had this bile if he did not eat at exactly certain times. The body is in " auto pilot" in making bile acids to digest food. If no food in the gut the acid can cause upset- ie vomiting the yellow bile.
One more thought- how is the water he is getting? Does it have chlorine in it? ( alias city water). Its common for water treatment plants to increase the chlorine they are using in the summer time. You try giving him only bottled water.
