I don't want a puppy, they're too much work. I'll take UBCP (Unnamed Border Collie Puppy) when she's housebroken. 
Amber, you can just keep making threads about how un-housebroken she is until she gets "too big" and "not cute anymore" and "sheds too much" or she doesn't match your furniture, then give her back.
I love Smkie for your wisdom and kindness and just.. being yourself. How you always offer up an entirely different perspective on things. Your devotion and dedication to your dogs. How kind you have been to me, even some times when I'm being a brat.
Grammy, I love you, too. I think of you as a grandma, because you are, and even though I still have one grandmother left she really isn't one to me. I know we're not super close or anything, but I always enjoy your posts and your stories and your conviction to your beliefs, even when I may vehemently disagree.

Probably, but depending on your finances and where you're buying and how steady your job is and where you are working.. you could pull it off. I met a girl in college who is buying one with her BF. They are out near Luray, yes, but she found a nice fixer-upper there CHEAP. So despite not being in a good financial situation, you with this market you probably still can buy something, but it depends on commuting/work/finances/etc.
M & M Grammy loves you !!! Really you all are special to me in some way ! Thanks to those who welcome me as a long distant Grandma ! Yes, I can be cranky .... but have earned the privilege !! I'm always open to criticize .... so feel free ! I love new thoughts and ideas ..... never too old to learn .!!!

First of all I love Renee, cause well she is Renee, and she has ALWAYS listened to me be pissy and moan about everything
next, I love Cooper, because well, even though we have had our ups and downs, we have our TBL bond, and I love "watching" the biggest loser with her on Tuesdays
I love Nicole, cause she has always been there to lend an ear when I needed someone to talk too..
I love Breeze, because she has a Pissy baby LMAO and because she is one of the realest, sweetest girls I know..
I love Grace, because she always has something logical to say, and she is wise beyond her years..
I love Zoom because she sells naughty toys
I love Chewbecca, cause she has the bestest leads ever, and she is a really sweet person
I love Saje, because she is always willing to help me when I have a camera question
I love Bax, well because Bax is Bax, and she is really one of the kindest people I know...
I love the NOVA people cause they were going to let me come to their meet-up
I love P Dubba, (even though she lurves greg) cause she likes CSI,
I lurve Nolu cause she is a pissy person in the making I can tell
I love CD, just cause she is a weirdo...and is willing to deliver me a puppy
