I am not a nut case I am quite sane. My husband and I have both been sane for as long as we can remember. We have experienced something very out there but have been open to the possibility that it actually did occur.
In 2001 my husband and I move to a new home on 5 an a half acres. We brought with us our 8 year old Bulldog named Tillie and our 3 year old Jack Russell named Millie. We had been living in our home about 14 months and during that time Tillie our Bulldog had a couple of strokes. She also was having a terrible time with her arthritis and would not get up to eat or drink or go outside until late afternoon. We knew we had to take the dreaded steps of have Tillie put to rest. We called the vet and made an appointment.
After we had her cremated we burried her urn on our property and put up a marker for her grave.
About a week after we burried Tillie a fuzzy black and white kitten was given to us by my daughter. This kitten had huge paws (mittenpaw) 6 toes on each foot it also was born without a tail. His front legs seemed a little short so he was higher in the back and kind of sloped down in the front. in other words he was shaped alot like a Bulldog.
We had the kitten for about a week, and one night after being out we returned home and found something strange. The light in the living room we had purposely left on was not on. We tried the light and it came on just fine so it was not a blown light bulb. Somehow the light had been turned off. Ok we just let it go. Did not think much about it until the next time we went out.
We came back home to find our back door standing wide open. It is a double door with no screen door. I immediately started to look for the kitten thinking it must have gotten out since the door was standing open. I found the kitten in our bedroom closet it was visibly scared. Our Jack Russell was hiding under the bed. There was a storm starting to kick up outside and everything seemed to be getting caotic. The kitten was in a closet with sliding doors and the doors were shut. How did it get in there?
Since that night we have seen our Kitten grow up and there is no denying that this cat acts exactly like our Bulldog Tillie. I know you will think we are crazy but we see all the things that was our Tillie in this cat name TD. I have some photos of the two of them and I think they help prove my case.
The other night I was out by Tillie's grave and decided to take a picture of the marker (it was her favorite stick) and I caught something else in the photo. There have just been too many things happen for me to write about them all. But we know and I guess thats all that matters. It's really been kind of wonderful knowing that we still have our Tillie and now she is in a body that does not hurt and she no longer has trouble breathing or has strokes. Now she is a happy black and white cat. TD is now 3 years old and very healthy. The way he got his name turn out to be a weird coincidence too but that is another story.
