OK, I know I'm supposed to wait til 2 people have posted but nobody is playing!! Zoe's favorite place to go is the beach. She loves running in the surf and swimming.

She's sitting by the door waiting for me to take her to the dog park.

Do you brush your dog's teeth?

Haven't needed to. Her teeth are perfect (according to the vet) and her breath is fine. If the need arose, I would. Right now, plenty of healthy chews seems to do the job.

Outside, in the yard, chewing on a dried cow windpipe. I'm about to bring her in so we can enjoy a nap.

As the groomer asked me today . . . ear tuffs or no ear tuffs?

Huskies naturally dont have tuffs so on my guys "no tuffs" but on other dogs who do, I prefer tuffs so long as they are neat and not tangled (picky??? yes...)

Ronan is peering at me from the steps (i just got home from work, the dogs want to go for a walk but i want to sit for a few LOL) OC is working on a chewie

Does your dog prefer to be inside or outside (not taking into account where the humans are)

Hmm, it variey's a lot. In the summer, no WAY! She's always inside during the summer. During the winter she's out a lot more -but I'm out a lot more too- so it really just depends on her mood.

Sleeping on her bed in the family room.

Is your dog very heavy on having other dogs mind their manners?

No not really! He's usually the one trying to, um, carry on his genes, so to speak, if that's what you meant. They're usually the one's telling him off!

Outside, in the shade, watching for other dogs passing by, in case we don't see them.

Is there anything your dog hates, and gets really scared or annoyed by?

OC gets annoyed by dogs barking in his face (I would too!). he used to just avoid the barking dog but now, he will first try to avoid but if the barking dog is persistant he will correct them for it. Ronan gets annoyed by a lot of things LOL I guess his biggest pet peeve though would be getting left behind from a sled run, even if he;s already had his turn. But he is a dog who would run until his body gives out. "Stop" is not a part of his vocabulary.

Ronan is sleeping in a crate and OC is sleeping beside me.

What is a breed you love but would never own and why?

I LOVE the Dogue de Bordeaux but the drool and the massive skin issues will keep me from ever owning one.

Athena is outside staring at the door hoping I let her in soon 'cause it's cold. Wally is doing his morning yoga next to me.

How often do your dogs get the zoomies?

Tiku never gets the zoomies, she's way too serious (and boring, haha!)
Mochi gets them once in a while. It's a rare treat when he gets them. He's so cute when he runs around like a nut!
Kena gets them all the time! A couple times a day at least. He grunts and chuffs when he runs around. It's hilarious. I try and film it from time to time. He's been getting the zoomies at agility class lately. :yikes: It's a little mortifying, but I think everyone thinks its funny, and my trainer appreciates his enthusiasm.

Right now, Tiku and Mochi are curled up on the couch. Kena is under my feet as I type. They're lazy in the morning. We're gong for a run in a little bit.

Would your dog rather hang out with humans or other dogs?

Zoe does beg when I'm eating, but only when my husband isn't around. He won't tolerate it, but I'm a total pushover.

She is sitting next to me waiting for walk #2.

Do you always reward with treats?

We'll find out tomorrow when she goes for a bath :) Probably about an hour or so I'd think (bath, brush, nails, ears, dry. Nothing too complicated!)

Sitting on the chair across from me, fast asleep!

What is your dogs favourite treat?

liked one cat, tolerates others when forced to live with them. Hates strange cats.

Awake in the garage wanting to be let out.

nope, just got Sierra! Not planning on adding anyone else for some time!

Still asleep on the chair, not moving. Oops, I stand corrected, she just changed positions.

Who's your dogs favourite person (other than you, if you'd say you ordinarily)

Oh yes. A very determined licker.

Puttering around upstairs, looking for something to chew on that she shouldn't.

Does your dog have any bad haibts?
