Just got my resume done, for a job at a Daycare. Which, I'm really excited for.I'm going to drop it off tomorrow. I actually feel like an mature. My first resume, I actually chose this job myself(the others were through school),& my first real interview .

So nervous, but so excited.

I'm going to play pokemon too. I endured day 1 of school today with people I really don't care to be around... Only 4 more months of this now.
I don't really care to be around any one at school, either. I mean there's a few people, but, I'm not super social. I'd rather be with dogs,& young kids.

197 more days until I graduate. Class of 2015, baby!

one of the places I applied to while I was sobbing uncontrollably over the job I didn't get called me today to do some pre-interview screening. she sounded really positive so she's going to pass my information on. but it sounds like it's shaping up as yet another "oh you don't have print experience? seriously at this stage in your career why not? look over there, there's somebody else who does have it. bye."

If this was high school i'd be expecting this level of crap, but it's 2nd year college. I should've switched to apprentice when i could because the amount of group work/collaboration is going to be excruciating. I just want to be at work everyday instead, i love my job and all the people in that kitchen.

I actually feel decent today. Which is awesome. I noticed I'm much more positive, when I don't feel bad.

So sorry about. I hope you can get something worked out. Though, I'm glad you love your job. I don't know many people who "love" there job. Like, but not love.

(((HUGS)))
I've been in a funk for the past week, and I can't shake it. I just feel...irritated? Unsatisfied? Unhappy? From the moment I get out of bed to trying to fall asleep at night. Even when I'm doing something I would normally enjoy I still have this feeling of mild irritation. At the moment I just feel pissed off and I don't know why.

I think I need to make a list of everything that is bothering me. Maybe getting it out on paper will make it seem less significant and more manageable.
(((hugs))) I am so sorry you feel this way.

Hmm, maybe it's depression? I had similar symptoms/feelings, when my depression started to show. I'm no professional, though. I know it can manifest in different ways, in different people. For some people, it's more irritability, then actually sadness.

Has anything significant happened in your life lately?

Just a lot of little things. But I'm the kind of person who is a creature of habit, and when my routine changes or things aren't all lined up nice and pretty, I get anxious. And my anxiety feeds other small feelings until they've blown up out of proportion. And then I feel bad that I feel bad. Which makes me stress out more. Then i feel worse. It is just this vicious cycle.

I was feeling better yesterday, and today. Hoping it continues. Things are finally getting settled, and I think that's helping.

they want to interview me and I guess I should be excited, because she told me how much it pays and it's a substantial raise over what I'm making right now. It's not exactly a super fun industry but it might have some perks I can take advantage of, besides, you know, a good salary and benefits. and it's not like the industry I'm in right now is anything worth getting excited about.

instead I started crying again because I don't even want to get excited. and am just disappointed all over again, because the job I wanted WAS an industry I was excited about, and I'm just so... ugh.

I probably really should be medicated or something but OOPS CAN'T AFFORD DOCTORS OOPS.

Okie... so... people need to stop trying to cover I See Stars and Bring Me The Horizon. It's not easy to match Devin or Oli, or even to make their songs sound good your way.

I don't know how me searching for PGP-type covers went to me looking at covers of songs I actually do like. I need to never ever do that ever again.

So. Much. Irritability. Its unbelievable. I can't even began to say how bad it is. It's like? Every little thing sets me off. I don't know if it's stress, or if I'm not getting enough sleep. Or, School. Which is most likely, because I'm so stressed,& worried about school this year. I'm not usually this stressed, or worried but. This year,it's to a point, where it's overwhelming.

I'm so sorry, for everything that's going on with your job. Sending job vibes, I hope all goes well.

I'm holding a grudge against a friend/co-worker, I don't want to, but I am and I can't help it because she really upset last week.

The heat index today is 103. It's flipping hot. I saw three people on campus running with dogs. Like, running running. These dogs looked miserable.

Obviously I endorse exercising your pet and taking them out to run with you is great. But where they can't stop to take a break and get water/chill in the shade? Call me crazy, but I wouldn't be doing that with my crew.

In other news, yesterday marked one month away from my Rocky Mountain tattoo. :D

Ugh.

It took an hour and a half. I didn't get to grab anything to eat because of course I was "at lunch" from work. so now I'm starving and cranky. Also I changed in my car and it's TOO HOT for my big, fat ass to squeeze out of blue jeans and into my nice pants then back out of those pants and into my jeans again. The. worst.

They want a writer more than anything else and the boss was big like "oh I'm just not convinced on your writing blah blah blah" THEN WHY DID YOU CALL ME IN TO INTERVIEW?? You saw my resume. It's very obvious where my skill set is.

They are going to send me a writing test anyway to see how I do on it. I'm not sure I even want to bother doing it. I didn't really like the vibe I was getting from the boss, and the hours are kinda sucky. And I don't want to be a writer. I want to be in design. that's what I went to school for. But apparently I suck at that because nobody will hire me to be a designer. So maybe I should just do this instead.

Anyone watch Witches of East End? Is it good? If I like The Vampire Diaries will I like this? I saw it on netflix but haven't tried watching yet.

Watching the last episode of Merlin to remind me why I should not re-watch the entire series again. I'm not entirely sure this is a solid plan.

I had someone ask me if I've been to party where there is beer/beer pong,& other beer related games.

No, I haven't. I have no desire to either.

What? You've never been to one of those parties? Why? Because, I haven't. I don't think that's a bad thing.
I'm 23, 24 in a few months. I've never even been to a *bar*, let alone a party where beer pong is played. The closest I've come to drinking in public, beyond some drinks with dinner, was when we went bowling. I had a *very* good time then. Lol

I don't feel as if I've missed out on anything.

Beer pong is fun actually.

Especially if you don't drink beer because you're allergic to gluten and everybody ELSE is drinking and you aren't.

I have the 'crunchy' lung feeling and a hacking, non-productive cough. :/ This is what pneumonia felt like last time i had it.

If it's still here in a week or so I'll go in, but I really don't have time to be sick.
