For the past 5 weeks now it has just been me and Bertie in the house, he's living with me now it's the first time i've had the privilege of looking after a dog full time. So I took a few photos of my new lodger to share with you all. Also I found a few 'film' photos from when we first got him back in May 2001. Back then he was scared of everything from chairs to hoods, fortunately now he's no longer scared of anything :D

One thing hasn't changed though, it's almost impossible to get him to sit still.

He was like this for the first 6 months

Now he's looking very distinguished with his grey hair

He has also taken over my bedroom.....and he's a snorer!!!

Yes, one can see that having him is a great imposition. Er, does he have a dog bed in every room?

He's such a glossy, sweet-looking guy.

Haha no, just one for downstairs and one for upstairs. He used to have a pillow for his upstairs bed but hasn't used it for a while. :lol-sign:
And yes he has the sweetest nature of any dog i've known considering how he was abused before we got him.
