right back at cha!! I'm not a bit Irish, and green beer makes me want to sort of barf. my English SIL did say recently, tho.......even tho they are known for loving a good pint at the pub, don't EVAHHH try to out drink an Irishman. sooooooo, for any Irish folks who plan to party today (and seems you are the pros, let the rookies stay home) I raise my glass to ye in merriment on this fine day!! may shamrocks not get into your underwear....live long and prosper.

Just a few fun facts, St. Patricks day is actually a religious day in Ireland, with more than 30 parades that day.
It was brought to New York in 1856 by irish soldiersduring the war as a way of celebrating their irish heritage.
To say "St. Paddy's" is a little bit of an insult. The work "Paddy" came for the 1800 when the Irish were the most abused american immagrants. That's also where the term "Paddy Wagon" came from, because as lower class citizens they where always being hauled off to jail, for stealing, etc

i am sure there is some stirred into my mutt made mix. I am just a bit of all kinds of things. I love shamrocks one way or the other and green is my favorite color. That is reason enough i think to celebrate this day. Anyone watching the parades? We got Mickey Mouse this year because he was born here i think that is kinda cool and the marching cobras simply rock!
