He's ok though.. :)

I was about to take my pills and I accidently dropped one on the floor.. I didn't even realize I dropped one till he started crunching something.. :rolleyes:
It was a Pariet.. I take two for acid reflux.. called the vet and he got back to me a few minutes ago and said Squid will be fine.. PHEW! I was freaking out.. So worried he'd get sick or something..

What a goon! Making me worry!!! :p

You coulda said that he was fine in the header of your thread! :mad: I swear, my heart stopped beating until I read that he was going to be fine.

Bad squid! No taking mommy pills!

I'm glad he's okay though... whew. ;)

I take several medications for arrythmias and I am sure that any one of these pills would kill a dog if she ate it. I am extremely carefull about making sure these pills are never left out, and carefull about where I take them out of the bottle so that if I drop one, it can't get lost or Smokey can't get to it. I started doing this after reading an article in Dog Fancy Magazine, when I first got Smokey.....

I know BP.. I'm SO terrible.. :p

I was SO worried! And when I called the vet was busy so the vet assistant called poison control and she had to wait on a fax back from them.. so she said she'd call back.. I waited and waited.. it seemed like forever!! I called back and she said the fax just came in and she'd call back in a minute.. when she finally called I was about to pass out.. hah :p I was watching Squid like a hawk making sure he was ok.. From now on I shall be taking my pills in a room ALONE! ;) :p
