Is a big change happening with the new job?

Try not to stress about it too much. You have my number, text whenever you need someone, no matter the time

sooooo easy to be happy and upset at the same time---lots of reasons you could be feeling that way. I hope things work out --stinks to be conflicted like that.

thanks everyone

i went and had a good long talk with my aunt who is a psychologist (sp) and she said based on what i did tell her cause there is more going on than what i posted here (she has a strict policy against treating family lol but who could blame her).

anyhoo she said that our family has a history of depression and that it normally shows up in the woman in the 30's and that i could use a good therapist because i was having classic signs of depression and anxiety...

Yep, that's possible. I've been depressed before, and it's horrible.... Even happy stuff makes you sad and anxious, and then you just get even more anxious over being unhappy. :(

Just remember that depression/anxiety is usually a chemical thing in your brain... not something you can easily control.

Hugs!!!! I totally understand what it feels like to feel conflicting feelings like this. I hope you are able to find someone to help you out as your aunt suggested and know that you alaways have us chazzers by your side. :)

Change, even good change, can be stressful, especially for someone who doesn't readily embrace it or trust what it might bring. ((((((HUGS)))))) Princess
^ That was my first thought too, and I can relate Jess......change stresses me too, even if it's good change. Most of the time I can bottle it up and not 'burden' other people with it.

(((((((((((HUGS))))))))))) I hope you find the help you need. Your life finally seems to be on track, you don't need this to derail you now :(
