Okay so Tuesday night I slept for 8 hours, and yesterday I slept for 9. I should be feeling really happy and well-rested, right? Unfortunately just the opposite. I have been so tired the past few days, and just now I woke up from a 5 hour freaking nap and now I have to do my homework. Maybe it's just some coping mechanism or procrastination mechanism. I think I've been eating pretty well too.

On that note (wat), I was texting my friend but I accidentally texted her home phone, so I was like oops! and I texted her cellphone. Apparently when I texted her home phone, it actually WORKED, and apparently it read my text out loud in an automated, computer generated voice. And the text was: Lololol this girl had a pic of peter pan on her binder and I asked her, "whos that half naked woman?"
I would've died to hear that in a computer generated voice.

LOL! at the last part, thats awesome!

as to the sleeping, you keeping healthy? staying up too late ect?

your body obviously thinks you need the extra sleep right now.

Well I have been staying up pretty consistently until this week. I also slept 16 hours last weekend in one night. Isn't getting too much sleep supposed to be just as exhausting?

Or maybe it's that time of the month idk.

it can be just as exhuasting yes...
the question woudl be WHY your body has decided it wants that much sleep...

i personally would set an alarm for 8 hours after your going to bed time and get up no matter what to see if you can get back in the routein.

I would agree...except I'm not sure how old you are, so I'm not sure 8 is correct. If you're a teen, you need more like 9. Routine is super important though. Even on the weekends, you don't want to let yourself sleep in or stay up extra late, or you'll throw your whole body off.

Yup I'm a teen.

Ah yeah my sleep schedule is anything but regular. Thanks for the advice, I'll try to sleep at the same time if possible.
