Siege and Me (bonus: and Trent goes crazy)

I realized I didn't have any good photos of Siege and I together yet, so I took some self portraits yesterday with the help of my sister (who wrangled dogs and held the camera for me). Most of them are of Siege, partially because that's what I was aiming for but also because Trent was running amok splashing in the wetlands LOL You'll see photos of what went down below...

I picked a specific spot for the photos, and Trent approved

Then the sun started setting, and Siege and I goofed around a bit. Sidenote: don't pick up random Malinois LOL She looks a bit put out but she actually loves being held (and will solicit it herself)

And then Trent wanted to play

This also sums up our relationship - Siege wants me to give her more love, and Trent is about to body slam me, and I'm simultaneously amused and horrified

At THIS point he had just splashed around in a muddy, murky wetland and was making a beeline for us. Thus the face LOL

The aftermath - Siege is thoroughly disgusted (ironically, because she's usually the one getting into trouble)

One exhausted human, one VERY pleased Shepherd, and one Malinois wondering why Trent is the center of attention

Hahaha HE IS. The reason why I almost never get sweet photos with Trent is because he'd sooo much rather be running around wrecking havoc. The moment we let his leash loose he was running at full speed into the wetlands and eating mud (and then running back at us). It's funny because for the most part, he's a fairly serious dog?!

Thank you!! It's a really lovely park, and we were lucky to find a nice little spot right off the sidewalk for photos. The grass is always green in Oregon!

Hahaha and oh god the shirt. I was actually embarrassed I didn't even change, but then figured why be embarrassed, it's my lounge around shirt and I'm just hanging out with my dogs Thank you though! It's actually just a frilly tank top and an old crop top poncho/oversized crop top thing. It's really comfy!
