Hello again!

I'll keep this one brief but WOW!
Better Call Saul continues to impress..

Since I last wrote, there has been an incredible amount of development.
Frankly, episode six was sure to foster an incredible response given that Mike E. is a fan-favorite character.
However, if Breaking Bad NEVER EXISTED, this episode would still be emmy-worthy. From acting performances, to writing, to cinematography, to sound design, and music, this episode was unlike anything I've seen from BCS. It finally hearkened back to the gut-wrenching depth which Breaking Bad viewers had fell in love on their respective show.

As the seventh episode premiered, it became obvious that the dark-comedy core of the show is still the preeminent force behind the show. But as time goes on, Vince Gilligan's characteristic flair is settling into it's groove and the results are looking great.

Thanks!

I'm currently into Better Call Saul, Bates Motel, and The Returned. Which are all on Monday night x.x. The Returned won out this week and I watched it instead of BCS but I want to see the BCS episode too :(. I may have to make that my night I stay up until 11 to see it.

The last episode was awesome.
Have you seen the preview for next week yet? OMGGGGG.

Honestly I am just IN LOVE with this show. As a comic book fan and a Flash fan, they have done a STELLAR job. I am so proud and so happy and I hope they continue to do this well.

I really like the 100 (really don't care about where it seems to be headed though... Thelonious is completely insane and I really couldn't care less about the character) and loved iZombie too!

Catching up to The 100. UGH, LEXA WHY

In other news, Freddie Highmore is amazing.
Recently watched the first season of The 100 on Netflix and really liked it. I really need to find one of the free online TV sources to get caught up on some of these shows that don't make me worried about viruses.

Yeah I don't do illegal streaming. I just wait for Netflix and Amazon, lol.

If you have a lot of time one month, you can get a free month of Hulu plus and catch up on everything though.

I use Hulu- but I don't have Hulu Plus, so I'm always a week behind. I'm sure that the CW site has all their shows available for streaming, too.

Yes but only the latest episodes.

Some channels actually have all the latest season on demand too... might be worth checking if your provider has that.

Second episode of iZombie and I absolutely love it. Flash last night was pretty awesome too.

Did you all see that they are making more X Files? I never saw past season 1, so I have a whole lot to catch up... I wish there was a list somewhere of the episodes to watch to keep up with the main plot, so I can catch up faster.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who was bored with the trickster episode of The Flash.

Because the only explanation is that I'm really that apathetic and that worries me a smidge lol.

Outlander and Game of Thrones.

I've read GoT so I know what happens but somehow the show still seems to capture me and leave me with that "What's happening next?!" feeling.

Yay, someone else who's watching Outlander! I'm super pumped that it is FINALLY on again after the stupidly long midseason break.

Not really digging Arrow or The Flash lately. Also tried to watch Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and it's literally the worst.

On a brighter note YAY GAME OF THRONES IN 6 DAYS HOLY SH** FINALLY.

I think that one was largely for comic book fans... people who know who The Trickster is. Also lots of screaming when he phased and the SPEED FORCE bomb got dropped.

It is difficult stuff when you write a comic book movie or TV show, because you need to have enough material to draw in and interest (and inform) people who are new (and let's face it, MOST people are new to Flash mythology) - but you also need to strike a balance to keep your comic book readers interested and happy with how you are telling the story. So far I think they have done a really good job, but there will always be episodes that sway a little more one way or the other.

The Flash was so not okay on so many levels tonight. Fricking robotic bees. That is the stuff of nightmares.

Bates Motel is awesome though. Freddie Highmore is so amazing. And I'm kinda in love with Dylan. Although we're a bit similar lol.

I've been watching Bates Motel since it started, and I really only expected to like it in the way that I like horror movies and whatnot...I just expected psychopath and his mother and an incestuous relationship. The end. But there is so much more to it, although it is kind of trashy and you don't have to think too much about it, I love it. This season has been great too.

I love Dylan and Emma. They should put Norma and Norman away and ride off into the sunset.
