As a stupid, Pea Brained Teenager mad I disagree Completely with this law..

And i DEFINATLY do not think that if a teenager does do this, its because ther parents gave them too much "Stuff" Or too much freedom.

Speaking from Personal Experiance, I would know..

If i want to go anywhere, or do anything, I have to get my mom to persuade my father to let me go.. And not show up every hour on the hour to check on things..

I believe, children, yes , At 16 i know i am stll yet a child, Need freedom.... They NEED it (Im not saying let us run around willy nilly) . Other wise,They WILL start lying about things and going behind your back. and They will start doing things, Just because they know it would **** you off, even though they know you will not find out... Im not a bad kid, I am far from a stupid kid, do i have horomones? Hell yes. And they tend to take over..

All im trying to say is just because You speand time with your kid, make them earn things, keep a close eye on them, doesnt mean that your child will not end up on the sex offender list.. It is a stupid law..

They are trying to ban that in Massachusetts, I believe.

Appearently, they've decided that "adult" people can't consent to having naked pictures now. Notably, the way the proposed law is written, dirty pictures of people over 55 are, dirty pictures of people under 18, automatically against the law, regardless of the circumstances or the clarity of mind and wishes of the subject of the photo. (Notably, I am not critizing child porn laws here . . . but there's a vast difference between protecting minors and trying to protect grown seniors.)

This is way overblown. Yes, parents need to be involved. Yes, the law may need to get involved to some degree. But sex offenders? No.

Well, an 11 year old girl was just hit with 3 charges of rape. The alleged victims where two old boys and a girl under age of 10. No details have been forthcoming as to what actually happened to protect the children's privacy, but I have trouble imagining that what happened really qualified as "rape" in the sense that we usually use the word.

Well that's just like these kids in kindergarten who are being accused of sexual harrassment because they gave their friend a hug or a kiss on the cheek and are being punished.
