Sawyer the almost-adult

Ok not really, so he's only 5 months old lol but he looks TOO GROWN UP in the pictures I got of him today.
And I feel like I haven't shared him on here lately. He's still doing great, training is going well, the toughest thing so far is that he LOVES PEOPLE and he doesn't believe me when I tell him we don't have to say hi to every person we meet. And if we do say hi, we don't have to jump on them. And even if it's a person you REALLY REALLY LOVE, you don't have to pee on them when you say hi (yeah he reserves that for only his favorite people). I feel like I have a lab puppy with all this people love, but since I am so freaking used to having dogs who are weird around people... I'm kind of enjoying it!

I was told there'd probably be a repeat breeding in the future and I'm kind of like oh God please let that be at an ideal time in my life for me to get another.

Agh, he's crazy cute! I feel like from some angles he looks semi-adult and then other angles he's alll puppy : ) I love his coat color.

He is everything I wanted and more! I know I gush about him A LOT but I'm always just blown away by him. Don't think anyone would have pegged me as an ACD owner so I was taking a chance there, and going out of my comfort zone, but it's working out.

Lol and I agree he totally looks puppyish from some angles. The one of him and Juno sitting on the bench is where I was like OMG WHO IS THIS DOG.

I can't get another dog for like a million years...but they are definitely on the list for the far-off future time! I'm so glad he's turning out to be more than you even hoped!
