Radar and I took advantage of the warmer weather to take a walk at the conservation area with my father, which worked out well for him since we stopped at the pet store on the way home and he ended up being spoiled by both of us.

Not much in the way of snow left but he found it and rolled in all of it

Derp

"Please sit nicely for a moment so I can get a picture of you?" "You didn't say I had to look nice while I sat still"

This end of the lake was still frozen

But this end is thawing nicely

I adore this little dog. He travels so well and is always game for exploring with me.

With some of his loot

I didn't leave Duke out... (Desoto got a teddy bear but he only plays with stuffies in short bursts so its hard to snap pics of it.)

Playing tug at the top of the stairs to try and give me a heart attack

That's it!

I flip between liking his shaggyness and it driving me nuts and wanting to trim it.

Thanks:)
Trim it? Don't you dare trim it!!! Can you imagine the horror?!?! You hand strip westie hair. Dont you dare put shears to that hair lol ha ha.

He is utterly adorable. And I do love his scruff. But remember yes to hand stripping no to cutting. :)

Oh, I know. I meant I sometimes snip (scissor) the the hairs around his eyes and the rediculously long hair on his ears, clippers will never touch him, no worries there:eek::) I don't like a clipped westie almost as much as don't like when people shave Rough collies so 'they will be cooler'
