I very stupidly looked at a Sheltie on craigslist whose people want to rehome him. He's GORGEOUS! And just the right age (about 5) to fit in with my hooligans. No, no, no, I DON'T need another dog! Even if he does look like my ever-to-be-mourned Harley. Even if I HAVE been longing for another Sheltie.

Somebody pour a bucket of cold water over me!

Well, I didn't "need" the bag of M&M's I had this afternoon, but they were worth it :)

I thought it a little odd that they said he has all his shots except rabies. Except RABIES?!? How can that be? Also, they don't say why they want to rehome him. On the other hand, he is gorgeous, just what I love. On the other other hand, they say he likes to herd the chickens. I don't think this neighborhood is ready for the chicken thing. I can provide ibises now and then, but chickens are out.:dunno:

What to do, what to do.

I just don't know how to do that. Sigh. You'll find me in the dictionary under "non-techno-geek.":(

You should definitely not get him. I'm sure he is terribly boring and not as cute in person as he is in his picture.

(did I help?)

If you want to post his picture, right click the picture and hit "save image" or "save image as" and then save it...then you can make an account on a site like photobucket or flickr, hit browse, select the picture from your desktop, upload it, and copy the link that starts with IMG into a post, and we'll all see it.

If the picture is on the craigslist ad, you can just copy the link from the craigslist add...or if you don't want to bother making an account with a photo hosting site you can save it and email it as an attachment to someone here with an account and they can do it for you.

Thanks! I'm going to try that. I did read the sticky about this, but it passed through my brain without pausing for a moment. It is so FRUSTRATING to not be able to do something.:wall:

BTW: He's still beautiful. I'm still wavering. I'm a fool to want another dog. Buuuuut...
