you just click on the quote button in the bottom right corner

Look at the bottom of someone's post. There should be a blue button with white writing that says "quote". If you push that, then you can reply directly to somone's post and it will come up as the recangle thing.

It should be under people's signatures, and the bottom right of each post(not the bottom of the page)
