Is it sad that I would rather go into work today, on my day off, than clean my house? I hate cleaning.

But my in-laws are coming tomorrow :( I woke up this morning and did stuff for about an hour and I've been taking a short break for about 2 hours. Guess it's about time to get back to it.

Ohh, I hate cleaning as well. It is satisfying to see the clean house after, though... It's just the process that sucks.

Yeah.. I've been working on the office all week. It was horribly disorganized. I just re-"organized" our filing cabinet. I put organized in quotation because I'm really bad at organizing, but at least it's better than it was. Probably not what a typical Type-A would call organized though, lol.

I was sorta getting into the cleaning mode, and now here I am...... I shouldn't take breaks. At least not on the computer. :p

Maybe I should ban you so you can get your housework done. ;)

I do that, too, though. I treat myself if I have a lot of things to do. I say to myself; ok, get this and this done and then you get to do this! And then do that and that and then you get to do that! lol .... Sometimes it works, really...

I hear you on the procrastinating...I also have off from work and should be cleaning to get ready for the weekend. I think since I got up at 8, I have done 2 hours of cleaning and almost 3 hours of procrastinating (not helped by Chaz of course :D)

Oh....BP, you're not helping either :) . I had to spend at least a half hour looking at my wrap this morning and trying to decide if I liked it better as a necklace or a bracelet!! Either way, I love it!

I'm so glad you like it. :D

Sorry that I am messing up the housework though, I think.... lol

I wouldn't! I was just kidding. I need to go to the post office as well. I thought they would be closed today? But our mailman delivered.

Living with Charley all that time pretty much made me immune to any sort of housekeeping satisfaction. He could put it down twice as fast as anyone could ever have picked it up. In all the years I knew him, he never ONCE even took his dishes to the kitchen.

Or got up and got his own food.

Or threw anything away other than to toss it on the floor.
