Theres this dog listed as a 12 lb 'mini border collie' on petfinder. I am PRETTY SURE it's a sheltie/papillon mix. It looks a ton like the known sheltie pap I know. Only black and white. i want it, but cannot have.
 
Ahhhhhhh sooo cute! I thought getting a puppy would make me stop stalking border collie rescues. It didn't.
 
Okay folks, no more Border Collies or BCXs unless they are in, like, Alaska. My heart can't take it. :P
 
Ninja Zuma is coming to stay with us as a foster. I'm normally so good about pet finder, but then I stumbled across this little girl and I couldn't leave her in the shelter for any longer. She's already been there for over half of her life. So I got a hold of my rescue contacts and put in motion the wheels to bring her to us. Luckily my husband can go down and evaluate her in person since he'll be down there on business. Shelter manager says she's good with dogs, people and cats. Can't wait to meet her!

Sheltie/Pap is a darn good combination in my experience. Not that I'm totally biased or anything. :lol-sign:

Poor Girl, Sara. That's great you're able to help her though. She looks so scared.

She is just adorable! I have an intense want for her with no apparent reason - haha! Can't wait to see the great pictures you'll capture of her; intensifying the want! :D
