I bought a house! Finally! That's been a looooong time coming. Love it and love having my own space and no landlord. Been slowly putting the house together and trying to build it into my quaint little peaceful place.

I feel like that took up about half my year.

Didn't die.

I mean, it's hard to top that really. So I'm just grateful for that haha.

EDIT: And this isn't me being ironic. I really did have a near-death accident haha.

Moved to the other side of the country with just myself and my dog.
And to go along with that, I drove there. Second cross-country drive I've done, first time going solo.

Got a job! And a promotion!

Acquired a cat!

Sold my car!

Went back to school to start working on my goal for a second bachelor's degree in a field that will actually pay me a living wage!

2014 was a very uneventful year for me, but...

I managed 105 lbs squat in May which isn't that much but it was a lot to me. (And almost my body weight at the time) I need to get back into weight lifting :)

I enjoyed the summer :)

I made new friends. As a pretty shy person, I think this is the biggest accomplishment for me.

Got two very decent job offers, one that'll be a good career move and another that pays fairly well and I know I'd be good at. Overall solid choices and good wages right out of college.

Got a new dog and so happy that I did. Just an awesome decision and we're all doing so well, despite my concerns about the breed's demands and going from one to two dogs.

Survived a term with my sister as a roommate. I definitely get points for that.

Cooked more, with consistently not bad results!

Caught up with friends I hadn't seen in a while.

Definitely made improvements to my photography over the year.

Went to CO to visit Caitlin and the gang.
Had great nights with awesome people.
Landed a job that's to die for.
I have two jobs, and I love them both. HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?!

It was the best year.

Yeah. I wasn't sure if I would sometimes. So here's hoping for a better year.

Started off January with a 20 day honeymoon to New Zealand, had a great summer with Crossbone traveling and trialing, inherited Jack & got a puppy! We filled up all of our weekends off of work with dog stuff or visiting family and friends. Work was good, there were a lot of changes and obstacles that we made it through. We're all happy, healthy and having fun! Hope it continues in 2015!

Let's see. 2014.

I'm going to count the very end of December of 2013, too, because that's when I married.

I:
- Got married.
- Survived my first 7 months apart from Michael.
- Left my job of 7 years, packed up my apartment in a night, and moved 900 miles away.
- Bounced back from a stolen car, another car biting the dust, and all sorts of hidden bills without any debt.
- Got a cat. And a Guniea Pig.
- Lived as a wife and husband for the first time and figured out finances/taxes/insurance and all that jazz.
- Got a new job, met new people, developed a (small) life.
- Thought about starting a family (didn't happen in 2014...plans for 2015. :))
- Navigated an airport and flew by myself for the first time ever! Lol

2014 was an eventful year, to say the least!
