I just ordered Sawyer a back pack for our walks. Just so he can carry our water and get alittle more of a work out on our 3 daily walks. I figure he should enjoy it. I was gonna order one for Maggie May but I wasent sure about the sizes. So I may get one at Petco soon for her. I wanna see how Sawyer does with his first.

We have one for Lucy. It's a little difficult to keep it on her nicely unless both sides are 100% even, but I love it. It's a good workout for her when we go hiking. I think for the summer I might freeze water bottles for the side pockets to help cool her off as we walk.

I need to get one of those for Sawyer so he can carry his own water/bowl when we go hiking. And maybe my zoom lens... :p

I like that idea Karen. I want to get a back pack for the monsters when we go walking. The frozen bottles will help keep them cool since the days are getting hotter.

I have a Kelty Chuckwagon for my guys. They love the "job" of carrying a pack and get excited when I get it out - they clamor around to see who can get into it first! I think Sawyer will have a blast!

I'd recommend checking out REI - they have a lot of great packs. THe Outward Hound pack is really long and the center of gravity is pretty far back on most dogs unless you buy a size smaller than you really need.

Kaylee has a Ruffwear Approach pack and a little light Ollydog pack that will be for working as soon as I get patches I like for it for carrying my meds and stuff. I've also used a Weneha jogger pack in the past, but it's hard to find.
