I wouldn't say I'd be shocked... but I do have to say I'm a LITTLE skeptical. It does say it is an unconfirmed account.

I guess it depends on the dogs... I just can't see most of the dogs I personally know attacking humans after not being fed for 3 days. It would have to be longer term than that. (Eating a dead body... sure). I mean, when I visited Taiwan with my mom as a child I fed scrawny, starving street dogs and none of them attacked me. I'd think a 9 year old girl would be as good a target as any!

If it is true... that's just truly awful. Hard to believe anyone could be so... heinous.

This is one dude I'd believe almost anything I read about him.

He is NUTS.

He obliterated one guy... As in, stand on the target and have a shell dropped on you blown apart into smithereens.

He had his ex girfriend and her band executed and forced their families to watch.

He is INSANE.

Yeah, I'm not sure that random dogs not fed for three days would suddenly attack humans... 3 days isn't very long (hell lots of dog people starve their dog one day on purpose). But there is a pack of them, maybe that would play into it.

I've heard stories of them training their police/guard/security GSDs to kill people, so I suppose if it was 120 of those I'd believe it.

Based on the stories that guy needs a bullet to the head, badly.

120 random dogs? probably not, but it would only take a few that would and I imagine it would get ugly very quickly. or take 120 selected for this? heck yeah. I've met plenty of dogs that would find great joy in tearing someone apart. They just aren't the norm

It wasn't just "her band" either. It was the North Korean National Orchestra.

Too bad China doesn't do something about him before he digs any more graves.

I agree with those who are skeptical, but as Dizzy said, he's so off-his-rocker that it would be hard pressed to not imagine it as true.

I thought they were executed at short range with pretty harsh guns, but when I read this, I had to do a double-take.

I think Saddam Hussein & his regime also employed dogs to do their dirty work. Maybe Kim will find himself joing Saddam soon.

Why 120 dogs? It just seems like a weird number...

I would not be too surprising if this were true, but also wouldn't be surprising if it were made up. Maybe the little psychopath even embellished the execution method himself to intimidate those around even more than I'm sure they are....
